Booking tasks – information

DEAR GUESTS!

Thank you for choosing Dory’s Apartment for your holiday.
For your comfort and safety, please read the following information carefully, which contains the most important things to know about using the apartment.

1. Before arrival

  • Please send the following no later than the day before arrival
    – photo page of ID card/passport
    – flight number
    – exact arrival time
    to the Hungarian-speaking apartment manager, Candy Veghova at the following number: +34 602 04 26 01.
  • We recommend downloading WhatsApp for smooth communication.
  • The apartment can be occupied from 14:00 on arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Different times require prior arrangement.

2. Upon arrival

  • After arriving at Tenerife airport, please call Candy Veghova, who or her delegate will wait for you at the agreed location and escort you to the apartment.
    /If there is already a significant delay in departure, it is recommended – if possible – to notify the assistant about this fact in a message/.

  • Most common meeting locations:
    • Small parking lot inside Green Park barrier
    • Terrace next to “Coviran” grocery store
    • Terrace of “Legend’s Bar”

Why is coordination important?

  • possibility of flight delays
  • unknown arrival time of luggage
  • chance of traffic jams
  • other contingencies

3. At meeting

  • The assistant will escort you to the accommodation and hand over apartment 109 in the “Corbeta” wing, its key and the magnetic card for the local pool area. Please take special care of the keys and plastic card which allows access to the pools. Replacement costs will be charged to the guest. 100€
  • Will inform guests about the rules of using the apartment and complex,
    demonstrate how the apartment’s equipment works, and explain the concept of deposit.
  • Will provide useful information regarding the stay if needed.

Please don’t forget!

The assistant may also get stuck in traffic, so their arrival time may change from what was agreed. Please consider that you are in a Southern European country.
Spain, Tenerife is a wonderful place, but many things work differently than what you’re used to.

4. Parking

The apartment has registered parking. In reality however, this is only OPTIONAL.
For reasons incomprehensible to us as well if the parking lot is full they don’t let anyone in.
Guests will encounter the “full” sign. /This usually happens in the evening hours./
In such cases, there is free parking available on the street.
We apologize. The reason for this unfair treatment remains unanswered. Solution is in progress.

5. During your stay

  • Assistance
  • 24/7 assistance is available during your stay.
  • If you encounter any problems or have questions, please notify or call the apartment manager immediately. Thank you.
  • Using the apartment
  • Please ensure proper use of furnishings.
  • Room equipment, bedding and towels must not be removed from the apartment.
  • Please don’t take towels to the pool or beach.
  • Rearranging furniture is not allowed.
  • Do not place metal objects in the microwave.
  • Please empty the refrigerator before departure.
  • Leave kitchen utensils washed.
  • Eating in bed is not allowed.
  • Please do not throw sanitary pads, toilet paper rolls etc. into the toilet.

6. Waste management

  • Place garbage bags in the industrial waste container next to the gate.
  • We provide one extra replacement garbage bag.
  • Please take out the garbage when leaving.

7. Green Park house rules

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and on the balcony!
  • Clothes and towels can only be dried on the clothes dryer.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
  • Please refrain from loud activities after 22:00 (music, noise).

If action is taken against the accommodation provider due to non-compliance with regulations, the cost must be reimbursed by the offender.
This action may result in filing charges and other procedures.

8. Upon departure

  • When leaving, please make sure doors and windows are closed, lights are turned off, and water taps are closed.
  • The assistant will take over the apartment, keys and pool card at the agreed time.
  • Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.
  • In case of malfunction, please report immediately as we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

9. Other

  • The apartment has WIFI connection, access details are in the room.
  • We are not responsible for personal valuables.
  • It is forbidden to bring or store flammable, explosive materials, vehicles (bicycle, scooter etc.) in the room.

Important!

Guests receive the room clean and tidy, we do not provide cleaning during your stay.


Please return it in the same condition – regarding quality and state – as it was upon arrival: in order and undamaged.
