For your comfort and safety, please read the following information carefully, which contains the most important things to know about using the apartment.
1. Tasks before arrival
- Please send by email / info.rentalstenerife@ gmail.com/ or SMS

– photo page of ID card/passport
– flight number, exact arrival time
to the Hungarian-speaking apartment manager, Candy Veghova, no later than the day before arrival. - We recommend downloading WhatsApp for smooth communication.
- The apartment can be occupied from 14:00 on arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day. Different times require prior arrangement.
2. Upon arrival
- After arriving at Tenerife airport, please call Candy Veghova, /+34 602 04 26 01 /- or her English-speaking delegate
/+34 691 039 764/ – who will wait for you at the agreed location and escort you to the apartment.
/If your departure from the airport is significantly delayed, it is recommended – if possible – to notify the assistant about this fact in a message. Phones should be put in “airplane mode” after takeoff/

- Small parking area inside Green Park barrier
- Terrace next to “Coviran” grocery store
- Terrace of “Legend’s Bar”

3. At the meeting
- After meeting, the assistant will escort you to the accommodation and hand over apartment 109 in the “Corbeta” wing, its key, the main entrance magnetic chip for entering the apartment building, and the plastic magnetic card for the local pool area which allows access to the pools.
This card can also be used for access through the gate next to “Capitan Bar”. - Please take special care of the keys, chip, and plastic card – which allows access to the pools – . Replacement costs will be charged to the guest. 100€
Attention! Do not keep the plastic card near mobile phones as it may become unusable!
- Our colleague will inform guests about the rules for using the apartment and complex, explain the concept of deposit, and demonstrate the operation of apartment equipment upon request.
- Naturally and upon request, they will provide useful information regarding your stay.
- If there is no particular obstacle, please confirm departure time at this point.
- If you have any questions, feel free to ask our colleague then or during your stay.
Please remember!
The assistant may also get stuck in traffic – as you will experience during your stay – so their arrival may be delayed unintentionally from what was agreed.
Please keep in mind that you are in a Southern European country.
Spain, Tenerife is a wonderful place, but many things work differently than what you might be used to.
4. Parking
The apartment has registered parking. In reality, however, this is only OPTIONAL.
For reasons incomprehensible to us, when the parking lot is full, entry is not permitted.
In this case, guests will encounter a “full” sign. /This usually happens in the evening hours./
In such cases, free parking is available on the street.
We apologize for this.
5. During your stay
Assistance
- 24/7 assistance is available during your stay.
- If you encounter any problems or have questions, please immediately notify or call the apartment manager. Thank you.
Using the apartment
- Please ensure proper use of furnishings.
- Room equipment, bedding, and towels must not be taken out of the apartment.
- Please do not take towels to the pool or beach.
- Rearranging furniture is not allowed.
- Do not place metal objects in the microwave.
- Please empty the refrigerator before departure.
- Leave kitchen utensils washed.
- Eating in bed is not allowed.
- Please do not throw sanitary pads, toilet paper rolls etc. into the toilet.
6. Waste management
- Place garbage bags in the industrial waste container next to the gate.
- We provide one extra replacement garbage bag.
- Please take out garbage when departing.
7. Green Park house rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony!
- Clothes and towels may only be dried on the clothes drying rack.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
- Please refrain from loud activities (music, noise) after 10 PM.
If any action is taken against the accommodation provider due to non-compliance with regulations, the cost must be reimbursed by the offender.
This action may result in filing charges and other procedures.
8. Upon departure
- When leaving, please ensure that doors and windows are closed, lights are turned off, and water taps are closed.
- The assistant will take over the apartment, keys, and pool card at the agreed time.
- Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.
- In case of malfunction, please report immediately as we cannot accept subsequent complaints.
9. Other
- The apartment has WIFI connection, access details are in the room.
- We are not responsible for personal valuables.
- It is forbidden to bring or store flammable, explosive materials, or vehicles (bicycles, scooters etc.) in the room.
Important!
Guests receive the room clean and tidy, we do not provide cleaning during your stay.
Please return it in the same condition – regarding quality and state – as it was upon arrival: in order and undamaged.
