Booking process

1. The Booking

  • We only accept bookings made through the website’s booking system.
  • For inquiries received by phone or through our social media channels, we can only provide information.
  • The Guest takes sole responsibility for the accuracy of the data filled in the website’s booking system.
  • We cannot accept booking requests that are not properly filled out.
  • Bookings can be made from any day to any day,

2. Capacity, nights

  • The apartment can accommodate max: 2-3 adults / 2 adults double bed, 1 adult – 2-person sofa/,
    2 adults + 2 children /2 adults double bed, 2 children – 2-person sofa/.
  • The minimum number of consecutive nights that can be booked is 5 nights.
  • BUT! Everything is possible with us, including 1-2-3-4 night bookings. However, this is only possible – based on separate arrangement, mainly in case of possible “empty days” between bookings.
  • For such requests, please contact us by email with your inquiry and indicate your needs in advance.
  • You can sign up – through one of our contact methods – in which case we will notify you about the possibilities.
  • These periods are additionally discounted and cheap!

3. Booking fee payment

  • To finalize the booking, payment of at least 40% of the booking fee is required, which must be paid as a deposit within 48 hours of sending the confirmation.
  • The remaining 60% must be paid and settled by the 30th day before the booking.
    • If the full amount is not paid by the 30th day before travel, the deposit is lost and the booking is cancelled.
    • The deposit cannot
    • be refunded.
    • When making a bank transfer, please include the name of the person booking and the booking date in the comment/note section for easier identification.
    • After accepting our price quote in writing and receiving the booking fee by the deadline, we will send an email confirming the booking.
    • The booking becomes guaranteed after our written confirmation.
    • If we do not receive the amount by the above deadline, we consider the booking void and delete it from our system.
    • The booking fee can be paid by bank transfer.
