We strive to ensure that you feel comfortable during your stay and that nothing disturbs your peace. Therefore, please pay attention to the following!
Please take special care of the keys, entry chip, plastic card – which allows access to the pools. The cost of replacement will be charged to the guest. 100€
Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!
Clothes and towels may only be dried on the clothes dryer, hanging items on the railings is prohibited by the rules!
We cannot accommodate pets.
Only registered persons may spend the night in the apartment.
If any action is taken against the accommodation provider due to non-compliance with regulations, the cost must be reimbursed by the offender. This action may result in filing charges and other procedures.
Use of rooms and furnishings:
Please use the furnishings as intended! It is forbidden to take the room’s furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, bed linen etc., out of the apartment!
Please do not take the provided towels to the pool and beach!
Rearranging furniture is not possible! WIFI connection is available in the apartment.
We take no responsibility for personal valuables.
It is forbidden to bring or store flammable, explosive materials, or vehicles (bicycles, scooters etc.) in the room.
When leaving, make sure that doors and windows are closed, lights are switched off, and water taps are turned off.
Please report any malfunction immediately, we cannot accept subsequent complaints.
Dining:
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen where simple meals can be prepared. Do not put metal objects in the microwave!
Please leave kitchen utensils washed when departing.
Please do not eat in bed, only in the kitchen and dining area!
Please empty the refrigerator before departure.
Guests receive the room clean and tidy, we do not provide cleaning during your stay. Please return it in the same condition as you received it: in order and undamaged.
Cleaning tools can be found on the balcony. Household waste can be collected in the bin placed in the kitchen.
Please do not throw sanitary pads, toilet paper rolls etc. into the toilet.
Please take out the garbage on the day of departure.
Place your garbage in the industrial bin next to the gate.
Replacement garbage bags are provided.
We take no responsibility for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use!
Please note that by using the apartment, you acknowledge and accept its house rules and commit to following them, and take responsibility for any damage caused by not complying with the house rules.
