Lemondási feltételek

The Guest undertakes to inform the Host in writing about any cancellation, modification or any other changes to the booking before the start of the service.

1. Cancellation

  • The Guest may cancel the reservation up to 30 days before arrival (with a 20% handling fee deduction), after which the full amount of the booking fee will be charged.
  • The Host will process the refund within 10 days of cancellation to the bank account provided by the Guest.
  • Cancellation policies may vary for bookings during peak periods, in which case separate information will be provided in the confirmation email.

2. Date Modification

  • The Guest may modify the booking date once up to 30 days before arrival – subject to availability.
  • In this case, the already paid booking fee will be credited towards the new date.
  • The paid booking fee can be used within 3 months from the date of modification request.
  • If the modification request is received within 30 days before arrival, the already paid booking fee will only be credited towards a new booking within 3 months if the cancelled date can be re-sold.
  • If the cancelled date cannot be re-sold, the booking fee paid by the Guest becomes the property of the host without providing service.
  • If the Guest does not cancel the booking in writing but fails to appear on the arrival date, the booking fee becomes the property of the Host without providing service.
  • If the Guest departs after arrival but before the end of the pre-booked period – for reasons not attributable to the Host – they must pay the full amount of the confirmed booking fee for the reserved period.

3. Group Size Modification

  • If there is a change in the number of arrivals compared to the booking (more or fewer people), please notify in writing as soon as possible so that the Host can prepare accordingly. (Our base prices remain unchanged in this case, meaning the booking fee specified for two-three-four people cannot be modified if the Guest eventually arrives alone or with two-three people.)
  • If more guests arrive than specified in the booking (max: 2+2) and the Guest does not notify in advance, only the service corresponding to the booked number of guests will be provided.


4. Check-in and Check-out Times

The Apartment can be:

  • checked in from 14:00 on arrival day,
  • and must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day.


Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible subject to the Apartment’s availability, based on prior arrangement and additional fee.

By making a reservation (paying the booking fee), the Guest acknowledges that they have read and accept the following booking, cancellation and modification terms.
