Our prices do not include the following services and costs to be paid separately:
- One-time cleaning fee: 70 €, /paid on site/ which includes complete final cleaning and 24/7 assistance during your stay.
- Check-in and check-out administration fee: 15 € at arrival and 15 € at departure – total 30 €. /paid on site/
- One-time security deposit: 200 €, which is fully refundable if the apartment is returned in similar, complete and undamaged condition as received, with all furnishings and equipment intact. /currently – paid on site/
Check-in: from 14:00 on the day of booking. /Please coordinate. If there are no departures that day, this can happen earlier for our guests’ comfort./
Please indicate your planned – airplane /ferry – scheduled arrival time when booking!!!!!
Check-out: by 10:00 on the departure day. /Please coordinate. If there are no arrivals that day, this can be extended later for our guests’ comfort./
Booking confirmation: 40% of the accommodation fee must be paid. /Can be paid by bank transfer within 2 days of sending the confirmation./
The full amount must be paid by 30 days before arrival.
Until this date, the booking can be modified once – after coordination.
In case of non-payment or cancellation beyond 30 days, 40% of the booking fee will be charged as penalty.
For cancellations within 30 days, 100% of the booking fee will be charged as penalty.

As pet owners ourselves, we love animals, however due to the building’s layout and our sensitive guests, we unfortunately cannot accept pets. We hope you can arrange accommodation for your pets for this short period and get to know our apartment.
